Additional information about graphic formats and the ordering process


 ♦ Description of the preferred graphic formats!
1. Vector graphics (*.ai / *.eps / *.cdr / *.dxf) - no fee
     These are acceptable only if, they are vector art with no bitmaps included within the file.
     All files that include layers, must have them flattened before the file is saved.
2. Bitmap (*.jpg, *.gif, *.png, *.tif) - fee
     These files first need to be converted to vector graphic format.
     Submit your artwork for a no charge evaluation to determine whether it is feasible to convert.
     Attach your favorite PC True Type Font and specify the Initials if you plan to order a Monogram.

 ♦ Conversion and graphic design fees
     The cost of converting a Bitmap to Vector graphic format, is EUR 18.50 (if doable!).
     Logo, graphic design fee EUR 18.50 / hr (a minimum of 1 hour to be ordered).
     The customized graphic is kept on file for 12 months.

 ♦ The ordering process
     Once the order is paid, we'll send a graphical version (based on the vector graphic) via email.
     Upon acceptance, the processing of your self adhesive faux wax seal order begins.
     Minor adjustments done free, alternate versions priced as displayed on the above list.
     At this point you can cancel your order we'll issue a refund, less the designing, conversion fee.
